A mutated television is riding the trains. They call it the FuzzBomb. Anyone it snows becomes a walking ball of static. You are the field agent sent to stop it.

You start with ten crystals. Fifty repel the fuzz or the Bloom. All one hundred end it.

You start in a clean town. The FuzzBomb is in one city and rides outward. Loose means it has already reached a neighbor.
